Adding CBD to your Skincare Regimen to Reduce Acne Outbreaks

Posted by : admin / Posted on : September 25, 2019

Most people with acne desire clearer skin.  Skincare routines and regimens can help keep pimples at bay.  Everyone’s skin is different, so schedule a trip to the dermatologist to get a medical opinion.  Skincare products are everywhere, so it is important to choose widely.  New to the market are CBD creams which might just be part of your new skincare routine. At home, these tips might help reduce or eliminate acne.

Don’t Play with Pimples!  Playing with pimples or popping zits can make matters worse due to irritation, scaring, and possible infection.  It is best to let them run their course.

Wash Your Face:  Dirt on the skin does not necessarily cause acne, but the combination of your skins oil with the dirt can do more harm than good.  To wash your face, use warm water and mild soap that is dye and fragrance free. When you wash your face, do so gently.  Avoid harsh sponges or brushes as well as exfoliates that can be rough on the skin, causing additional redness and irritation. Natural CBD Product Supplements

Keep Up on Your Hair Care:  Washing your hair can lift the oils from it, meaning less contact with your skin.  If you use hair product like gel, mousse, or pomade, be careful that it doesn’t get on your forehead.  If you can avoid using these products, even better, as sweating and your daily routine can get the product off your hair and on to your skin.

Consider Your Diet:  For some, a diet can make acne breakouts worse.  Foods high in sugar and carbohydrates have been reported to increase acne.

Put on That Sunblock!  Sun damage can cause the skin to increase oil production, worsening breakouts.  Choose a sunscreen designed for acne-prone skin and use it daily.

Consider Topical Creams containing CBD:  So many products to treat acne exist, and it is important to find the right one for your unique skin composition.  Talk to your dermatologist about options.  Many have found success using skin creams and gels that contain CBD, such as NRX Solutions’ “NRX Gel.”  This gel may be able to reduce trouble spots on acne prone skin.  CBD for skincare is a growing trend because it is all-natural and gentle.  Check with your dermatologist to see if CBD Gel will work for you.

Remember, your value as a person does not change because of a skin condition.  However, we at NRX Solutions understand that many people desire clearer skin.  By taking proper care of your skin, you may be able to reduce or get rid of your acne. If supermarket and specialty products haven’t worked in the past, then it is time to try NRX Gel containing CBD to help treat acne breakouts.  Following a skincare routine will make you feel good, too.  A moment of selfcare can make all the difference!
